Reduce Your Footprint by Keeping Healthy

You can contribute to the health of the planet by looking after yourself & your health!

So visit the gym more than you do the doctor and you’re doing something right!

Use the 80/20 rule. 80% healthy food choices / 20% indulgent meals.

Choosing healthy foods more often goes hand in hand with protecting the environment.

Eat plenty of vegetables & grains & reduce your meat intake.

Protein ultimately comes from vegetables anyway. Reducing the amount of meat in your diet means fewer carbon emissions from farmed animals.

Take a walk.

Taking a walk outside, instead of driving to the gym means fewer carbon emissions from your car.

Choose natural light instead of fluorescent lighting.

Research has proven that natural lighting helps people be more productive, happier, healthier and calmer and this choice will reduce your electricity bill at the same time.
