Everyone loves a challenge and keeping a tip jar of fines for those that use a straw gets the whole office involved and consciously thinking about how often they use plastic.

Supply utensils & crockery for the employees so they are less likely to use plastic takeaway containers. Maybe even brand some reusable takeaway coffee mugs that can be filled up at their local coffee place, avoiding single-use coffee cups.
Add a Green Tagline To Your Emails.
Upload a tagline to all your email headers that state “Please think green before printing this e-mail.”
Provide Recycling Bins
People are more likely to do the right thing if it’s convenient, so putting clearly labelled recycle bins in an easy to access area will promote a conscious decision when someone throws away an item.
